Is FORMAL DEGREE or QUALIFICATION everything??? Nothing about TALENTS!!!

This time, I am here with a powerful view or you can say a hot debate topic..

This shows something different, then what you might have seen up till now in my posts...

Recently I met a person, when I was on going some interviews in few companies as I was looking for a change in Job. There I came across a person, who was also looking for the job, but he wanted job in a field, in which he didn't had much of Formal Qualifications or a much of DEGREES, but all that he had is TALENT.

Now when I met that person for the first time, he was simply sitting next to me on the reception of a MNC waiting for the interview call and there by before he gets the call, I was called up inside for the interview.

When I moved inside for the interview, I saw a Panel of Jury Members sitting inside and all are continuosly staring at me and I was not even able to decide, If I have come for an interview to get a JOB or for a MARRIAGE PROPOSAL.

But then the interview was really a nice one, I faced interview and I stood upon their expectations.

In the end of the interview, I was told that I should not let anyone know outside that I have been selected for the desired post, I was a bit confused as so why are the jury members saying me that I should not inform them, but as I was really happy as I got the job, so as instructed, I moved outside and sat at the same place on the reception and I was waiting for my offer letter and other formalities.

Now here as I came outside, the person who was sitting next to me, was called inside, he was really dressed up nicely and was looking more confident as well as more presentable than me, for a moment, I was like Ahh!!! God, Thanks a lot for giving me the interview before this person, as I was afraid that he might get selected and not me because of his much more smarter looks and more presentable attitude towards the interview, but then as I know that I am already selected so I just went and sat on the SOFA at the reception.

Now just after a couple of minutes, that person came back outside, for a moment I was like, he might have been already selected and so his interview is over in almost 1/4th of the time duration of my interview, but then I saw that person, with a lot of upsetness and a dull face as he passed near to me, and instead of waiting at the reception, he went to the main door, the main entry of the office.

So, I just got up and said "Excuse Me!!!", he turned around and replied, "Yes please!!..", then I asked him if he has time, and if he can speak to me for a couple of moments, on the very spot he replied positively, might be because he knew, that I am already selected for the job as even after the completion of my interview, I am still waiting at the reception.

So then, after he said yes to give me a few minutes and talk with me, I requested him, to come near the Pantry room, which was just a door after the Reception, and there I went with him and asked him, as of what happened for his interview and enquired from him, whether he is selected or not??

At that time, he saw towards me and I was able to see his eyes dead RED, and tears in his eyes, so I asked him, as though what happened? And why is he having tears in his eyes, he first hesitated being a stranger to me and I Believe, moreover it was my stupidity to not even introduce muyself and directly jump to the point, so I introduced myself and asked him about his name and a brief "TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF" types..., then I asked him, about what happened, and why is he having tears in his eyes, to that he replied that he is rejected fourth time in some interview...

I requested him to explain in brief to me as though what happened and why is he being rejected in this way fourth time...

To this he replied, HE DOESN'T have a FORMAL DEGREE from some UNIVERSITY or COLLEGE because he is facing some financial problems, and he is not able to spend money for his studies, but then to this he added that he has the required TALENT and in fact he is skilled in the work that is required to be done at his job profile, for which he came to interview.

To this, I asked him a few questions, related to out job profile and I realized that in a way he is even far more talented and knowledgeable than me, and he is the person who really deserves the JOB and not me..


But at the same time, the thing that came in my mind is that he doesn't have a formal required degree, as a result of which he is not able to get a good job.

At that time, I asked him, if it is possible, that I should go and tell the interviewers that I am not interested in this job, and that they should give this job to that needy person, but to this he replied that i should not at all do that, as this would spoil my reputation in front of the interviewers, the jury members, and that this would be like a stamp of rejection to my RESUME, and I might be rejected, as he completed speaking, suddenly an office boy walked inside the pantry room, and told me that there is someone looking for me at the reception, so I just requested that person, to wait for me and I will be back within few mins, but after I met the interviewer at the reception, he asked me to come inside the cabin, as he wanted my signatures on some documents and the on a copy of offer letter as a token and proof of acceptance...

Now after completing all the formalities, as I walked outside, I saw that person has already left and I didn't even has any of his contact number or any other contact details about him....


To this, I was a bit upset as though, there are people in this world, who deserve even more than what we do, but they don't get, because they are facing financial problems...

I would still like to request, in case if that person comes across this blog, please so leave a comment and let me know about anyways to contact you, as though i believe there might be someway out, with the help of which, I might be able to help you..

GUYS, this story is something, which teaches all and every individual, that please never ever come to any conclusion about anyone without knowing that person properly..

Today i personally believe that if that person would have been selected for the job, he would have surely taken the company to those heights which I might not be able to climb....

PLEASE DON'T COME TO ANY CONCLUSION WITHOUT KNOWING ANYONE PROPERLY AS EVERYONE HAS SOME OR OTHER TALENT IN THEM, AND YOU NEVER KNOW, AT WHAT POINT OF TIME, THAT TALENT CAN REALLY BE AT THOSE HEIGHTS WHICH SOMETIMES, HIGHLY QUALIFIED OR HIGH SKILLED PEOPLE CAN'T ACHIEVE....
